Hokage tier has 3 levels:

Lvl 1 - on your first month, you can choose one free photoshoot from ~25 photoshoots, which available for first lvl.

Lvl 2 - on your second month, you can choose one free photoshoot from my ~50 photoshoots which available for second lvl

Lvl 3 - on your third month (in a row), you can choose one free photoshoot from all of my shoots
